Job description for Head Kitchen at PT Opus Res Explora

DESKRIPSI:

  • Memimpin dan mengawasi seluruh operasional kitchen harian.
  • Membuat dan memastikan standar resep serta kualitas makanan tetap konsisten.
  • Mengatur workflow kitchen agar operasional berjalan efektif dan efisien.
  • Mengontrol stok bahan baku, food cost, dan waste bahan.
  • Membuat jadwal kerja tim kitchen.
  • Melakukan training dan evaluasi kinerja crew kitchen.

SPESIFIKASI:

  • Minimal SMA/SMK atau sertifikasi perhotelan yang relevan.
  • Keterampilan komunikasi, organisasi, dan manajemen tim yang kuat.
  • Mampu bekerja dalam tim.
  • Berpengalaman dalam dunia F&B
  • Memiliki attitude kerja yang baik dan kemauan belajar tinggi.
