- Head Chef
General Requirement & Responsible:
• Join immediately
• Proven experience as a Head Chef or equivalent role in a 5-star restaurant, hotel
• Strong expertise in handling high-quality seafood, including proper storage, hygiene, and food safety
• Excellent knife skills with precise and consistent food presentation
• Able to manage a kitchen section independently and efficiently
• Solid knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards
• Capable of monitoring stock levels, minimizing waste, and supporting inventory management
• High attention to detail with a passion for authenticity and quality in Western & Nusantara cuisine
• Creative, disciplined, and committed to delivering high-quality dishes
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and train junior chefs and kitchen assistants
• Time Management efficiency
• Learn quickly and safety minded
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving attitude
