Job description for Gym Floor/Fitness Trainer at SgFitFam Pte Ltd

SgFitFam is handling multiple wellness projects including gym management, HPB fitness classes, and private training. We are looking for a passionate individual who wants to apply what they've learned without the stress of sales targets and get to work in different environments in their role.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
As a Gym Floor Trainer
- Greet and welcome members into the gym
- Build a good relationship with regular gym users
- Conduct gym orientation to new gym users
- Assist gym users in their exercise and use of equipment
- Ensure gym equipments are working well and coordinate with gym equipment servicing partner
- Assist in planning & conducting fitness challenges in the gym
- Guide members on registration and payment for group fitness classes
- Guide members on purchasing gym membership
As a Fitness Trainer
- Observe/conduct group exercise classes
- Observe/conduct private training sessions
- Drafting exercise programs for individuals/corporates/projects
- Giving talks on fitness-related topics
Others
- Provide support in other wellness programs if required (e.g. admin/setup for fitness classes or wellness talks)
Requirements:
- Minimum Higher Nitec/Diploma Holder in relevant field
- Relevant certification in fitness/gym/sports is a bonus
- Valid CPR AED SFA certification is a bonus
- Ready to work shift hours and/or weekdays and weekends
