Job description for Guest Services Officer at NTUC Club
- Service all guests and members with general enquiries of NTUC membership registration and amenities at the Happy Days Info Counter
- Build a strong membership database using the Ready for Experience platform and Salesforce Service Cloud by recruiting new members thru the counter
- Assist in keeping database updated with accurate personal information of card members
- Must be able to keep confidential customer information proprietary as access to customer data is necessary
- Through one-on-one contact, keep guests and members informed of all upcoming promotions, events and offers at all Club entities
- Host union members and VIPs at the lounge area during events and assist in setting up meeting rooms and breakout rooms for corporate bookings
- Check to make sure equipment, digital signages and televisions are in working order and collaterals are well-stocked at the counters and designated locations at all times
- Maintain tidiness of counter and relevance of signage displayed at counter
- Obtain guests and members’ preferences, interests and feedback to be used as a marketing tool to assist in the development of new RX events and loyalty programmes
- Support event activities by introducing and inviting new members to events throughout the year
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies
