The Guest Relations Officer will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests upon arrival, addressing their needs, and ensuring a smooth dining experience. The GRO will also support administrative tasks such as data entry, report preparation, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations. We are seeking candidates who have completed SMA/SMK education and possess between 1 and 3 years of relevant experience in customer service or a similar role.
