Job Title: Growth Analyst Intern (Part-time)
About the Internship
This is a high-impact, capstone-style internship where you’ll take full ownership of a mission-critical challenge: improving marketing reach, lead conversion rates and boosting sales productivity.
You will operate at the intersection of growth, AI, marketing, and strategy, combining analytical thinking with hands-on execution. A core part of the internship will involve leveraging AI tools to improve sales workflows and productivity, including designing systems such as pre-sales qualification engines and other automation to unlock smarter, faster, and more scalable growth processes. You will also support other growth initiatives such as marketing campaigns, SEO/GEO analysis, events, and projects that drive brand awareness and pipeline.
By the end of the internship, you’ll build real systems, run real experiments, and produce a go-to-market playbook backed by measurable results.
Ideal Candidate
- You’re pursuing a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields from a Top Tier University
- Interest in AI-driven business tools and workflows
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with data and motivated by growth, marketing, strategy, and sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with a bias for action
- Bonus: Familiarity with Google ecosystem (Cloud Console, Workspace, Apps Script) and a proactive approach to using AI tools (e.g. Gemini, ChatGPT, or custom GPTs)
