Job description for Graphic Designer at Khong Guan Biscuit
Responsibilities:
1. Create and develop creative visual assets for various platforms such as social media, websites, packaging, merchandise, and other promotional materials.
2. Design engaging and consistent campaign and branding materials aligned with the company’s brand identity.
3. Develop visual campaign concepts that are effective and communicative to support marketing and F&B product promotion needs.
4. Utilize design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, as well as AI tools, for ideation, asset creation, and design refinement.
5. Adapt, revise, and finalize designs for various sizes, platforms, and production requirements, including vendor needs.
6. Maintain brand visual quality and consistency while staying updated with trends in design, social media, and the creative/F&B industry.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Arts, Advertising, or a related field.
2. 2–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the F&B industry or with high-end brands.
3. Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
4. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, branding, and visual storytelling.
5. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
7. Skills in illustration, animation, or motion graphics are a plus.
8. Familiar with Google Workspace.
