Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and creative designer who can turn concepts and ideas into strong visual executions across digital and print media. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of branding, marketing, visual communication, and current design trends, with the ability to work across graphic design, branding, motion graphics, and other creative materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and visual designs for branding, marketing campaigns, social media, events, presentations, web pages, signages, and other marketing materials.
- Translate ideas and concepts into engaging visual executions across different formats and platforms.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director, marketing team, and other stakeholders throughout the creative process.
- Work on graphic design, branding, motion graphics, animation, and video content depending on project requirements and expertise.
- Develop and maintain consistent visual styles aligned with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
- Stay updated on design, creative, social media, and market trends to develop fresh and relevant visual concepts.
- Prepare and manage design files and creative assets, including photography and video materials.
- Work with vendors, clients, and external partners when required.
- Identify opportunities to improve creative processes and design capabilities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, creative design, art direction, motion graphics, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, branding, marketing, digital content, motion graphics, or related creative work.
- Strong creativity and visual communication skills.
- Good understanding of branding, typography, colour, layout, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Proficient in relevant graphic design and/or motion graphics software.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Good computer skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects, work independently, and meet tight deadlines.
- Positive attitude with strong passion for creative work.
- Willing to work extended hours or weekends when required.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Art, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Candidates should be based near the hub area in Tangerang.
- Relevant portfolio/showreel is required.
