About the Role
We are seeking a versatile Graphic & UI/UX Designer to shape the visual identity and user experience of our digital products. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex backend architectures and highly intuitive, accessible interfaces. The ideal candidate is a Figma expert who naturally leans toward clean, minimalist aesthetics and thrives in an agile, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- UI/UX Mastery: Lead end-to-end product design within Figma, translating complex workflows into seamless, user-friendly journeys.
- Aesthetic Execution: Apply strict minimalist design principles, utilizing techniques like tonal layering and "no-line" constraints to create premium, uncluttered interfaces.
- Graphic Asset Creation: Design engaging visual assets for digital campaigns, corporate decks, brand protection initiatives, and general marketing needs.
- Technical Collaboration: Work closely with full-stack engineers to ensure designs are flawlessly implemented within Next.js and Tailwind CSS environments.
- Prototyping: Build interactive prototypes to test, validate, and iterate on user flows prior to deployment.
Requirements
- Figma Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Figma, including the use of auto-layout, components, variants, and design systems.
- Technical Empathy: A solid understanding of web capabilities and constraints, particularly how designs translate to modern CSS frameworks
- Problem Solving: The ability to distill complex, data-heavy enterprise platforms into digestible and beautiful user interfaces.
- Communication: Strong ability to articulate design decisions and iterate based on feedback.
- Bonus Points: The ability to edit videos (post-production) and create engaging social media designs is a significant plus in our scoring.
- A link to your portfolio is a must. Applications without a portfolio demonstrating UI/UX and graphic design capabilities will not be considered.
