Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve company goals.

- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activities.
- Prepare and present management reports to Directors and Shareholders.
- Foster a high-performance and positive organizational culture.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Lead business expansion and new business initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- Master's Degree (MBA) is preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of management experience.
- Proven experience in business operations and strategic leadership.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience managing multi-department teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in retail, fashion, luxury goods, or bespoke industry is an advantage.
