Job description for General Manager / Monaetic Fashion at NGShope
Key Objectives:
1. Assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets.
2. Establish the company’s goals and objectives.
3. Recruit and train new employees.
4. Perform regular employee evaluations to determine areas of improvement.
5. Design business strategies and plans to meet the company goals.
6. Make sure that the company has sufficient resources such as personnel, material, and equipment.
7. Develop a comprehensive company budget and perform periodic budget analyses.
8. Ensure all company activities adhere to legal guidelines and policies.
9. Identify opportunities of growth, looking at product offers and pricing.
10. Assess overall company performance.
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, business management or other related fields.
• At least 3 years' experience in a management position for Fashion or Textil Industrial.
• Outstanding leadership abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of the latest business policies and regulations.
• Demonstrable analytical thinking & business insight.
