Key Responsibilities
Manage daily hotel operations across all departments.
Ensure excellent guest service and resolve major guest issues.
Achieve revenue, occupancy, and profitability targets.
Monitor budgets, costs, and financial performance.
Lead, coach, and develop department managers and staff.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and legal requirements.
Develop business strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
Maintain quality, safety, and operational standards.
Build strong relationships with guests, partners, and stakeholders.
Report operational and financial performance to ownership or corporate management.
Qualifications
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in front office or hospitality industry
• Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Pleasant appearance and professional attitude
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• Familiar with hotel systems is an advantage
