Job description for General Affair and Administration at Red Communication Indonesia
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems to streamline processes
- Ensuring that facilities are properly maintained and supplies are adequately stocked
- Manage schedules and deadlines
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of the office, facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians)
- Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning, General Affair, etc.)
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
- Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business (especially in General Affair)
- 3 years working as General Affair Staff / Administration or related experience
- Inventory control & administration expert
- Strong leadership
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to accurately manage records and pay close attention to details
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner
