Job description for General Administrator at Bolehdicobadigital
- Ensure the implementation of all project reporting systems and activities goes well
- Provide written and verbal reports
- Working with others division in the provision of information and projects for external and internal need
- Assist team for administrative management and completion affairs as standard operating procedure
- Calendar management for individuals or teams, coordinating meetings, appointments, calls, etc.
- Inbox assistance, reading, prioritizing, and responding to emails
- General CRM administration support
- Data entry and maintaining electronic filing systems
- Scheduling or responding to reviews or inquiries
- Provide information / progress reports of the project implementation and obstacles encountered
- Organizing the team to provide better project reports daily, weekly, monthly or in accordance with project requirements
- Min. D3 any major
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply, having experience in EduTech Business is an advantage
- Good interpersonal skill, good communication skill, detail oriented
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Excel
- Placement in Bandung
