Job Descriptions

• Mengontrol ketersediaan barang (frame, lensa, softlens, accessories, dsb) di gudang.

• Melakukan penerimaan, pemeriksaan kualitas (QC), dan pencatatan barang dari supplier.

• Mengatur pengiriman barang ke store dan menangani retur barang dari store.

• Melakukan pemesanan barang ke supplier atau melalui purchasing bila stok menipis.

• Menyusun laporan stok bulanan, tahunan, serta laporan terkait barang cacat, retur, dan klaim garansi.

• Menjaga keteraturan tata letak gudang dan menerapkan sistem FIFO.

• Berkoordinasi dengan divisi terkait (Purchasing, Store, Collection, dll) untuk kelancaran operasional.

• Melaksanakan opname stok secara berkala.
