Your Responsibilities

As an InspireCore tutor, you will:

- Conduct engaging, personalised tuition lessons based on each student's learning needs.

- Identify students' strengths, weaknesses and areas for improvement.

- Adapt your teaching methods to help students better understand challenging concepts.

- Support students in building academic confidence and improving their understanding.

- Communicate students' progress and learning needs with parents when appropriate.

- Maintain professionalism, punctuality and consistency in your teaching commitments.

Who We're Looking For

We welcome applicants from a variety of educational and professional backgrounds, including university students, graduates, experienced tutors and educators.

Ideally, you should:

- Be proficient in the subject(s) and academic level(s) you wish to teach.

- Be patient, responsible and genuinely passionate about helping students learn.

- Be able to communicate clearly and explain concepts effectively.

- Be willing to adapt your teaching approach to different learning needs.

- Demonstrate reliability and commitment to accepted assignments.

Prior tutoring experience is welcome but not strictly required. We value teaching ability, subject proficiency, dedication and a genuine willingness to help students improve.

Work Arrangements & Remuneration

- Location: Islandwide, Singapore — lessons are generally conducted at students' homes, with online opportunities where available.

- Commitment: Flexible freelance assignments

- Working Hours: Based on mutually agreed lesson schedules.

- Remuneration: Competitive hourly rates, depending on subject, academic level, experience and individual assignments.

- Assignments: Offered based on student requirements, tutor suitability and availability.
