Kualifikasi & Persyaratan (Requirements)
Pendidikan & Pengalaman: Pendidikan minimal S1 di bidang Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Ilmu Komputer, atau bidang terkait.
Pengalaman Kerja: Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2- 4 tahun sebagai Fullstack Developer atau posisi serupa yang melibatkan pengembangan aplikasi dari ujung ke ujung (end-to-end).
Keahlian Backend & Frontend: Menguasai bahasa pemrograman backend (seperti Python, Node.js, atau Go) serta framework frontend modern (seperti React.js, Next.js, atau Vue.js).
Integrasi & Tools AI: Memahami cara kerja dan integrasi AI API (seperti OpenAI, Google Vertex AI/Gemini, Hugging Face) serta konsep dasar Prompt Engineering atau RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
Deployment & Cloud: Memiliki kemampuan untuk melakukan deployment aplikasi menggunakan Docker, memahami dasar-dasar Cloud Platform (AWS/GCP), serta familier dengan pipeline CI/CD sederhana untuk otomatisasi rilis.
Manajemen Data: Familiar dengan pengelolaan database (SQL/NoSQL) serta vector database (seperti Pinecone, ChromaDB, atau pgvector) untuk kebutuhan memori AI.
Metodologi Kerja: Memahami siklus hidup pengembangan perangkat lunak (SDLC) dan terbiasa bekerja dengan metodologi Agile/Scrum serta tools kolaborasi seperti Jira, GitHub, atau GitLab.
Keahlian Non-Teknis: Memiliki kemampuan analisis yang kuat, pemecahan masalah yang inovatif, komunikasi yang baik, serta growth mindset terhadap perkembangan teknologi AI yang cepat.
