Position: FO Supervisor (Front Office Supervisor)
We are looking for a passionate and experienced candidate to join our team as a Front Office Supervisor.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as FO Supervisor or similar role in Hospitality
Based in Bali is highly preferred
Good communication skills in English (both spoken and written)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Well-groomed and positive attitude
Familiar with reservation systems and front office procedures
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and guest handling skills
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily front office operations
Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
Manage reservations and room allocations
Maintain service standards and guest satisfaction
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Monitor staff performance and provide guidance
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in island areas
Able to adapt quickly and work in a dynamic environment
