Job Summary
We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Front of House Service Crew members to join our restaurant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming and professional dining environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
Provide attentive and friendly service throughout the guest's dining experience.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar teams.
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
Explain menu items, ingredients, promotions, and recommendations to guests when required.
Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and ready for guests.
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests or concerns promptly.
Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
Process guest bills and payments accurately when required.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant.
Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and clearing tables.
Work closely with kitchen, bar, and other Front of House team members to ensure smooth operations.
Follow all company policies, food safety procedures, and service standards.
Support other restaurant duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant, café, hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive, friendly, and customer-oriented attitude.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Good teamwork and time-management skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is an advantage.
