The Hotel Receptionist and Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, and providing exceptional customer service to guests. Candidates must have an Associate Degree or equivalent education and between 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Proficiency in customer service, customer relations, teamwork, and English language is required. Experience with hotel reservations, Microsoft Office, hotel reception procedures, and team management will be highly advantageous.
