Job description for Front Desk Receptionist at New Melati Salon Bali

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab Utama

1. Menyambut Customer

Menyambut customer dengan ramah, sopan, dan profesional.

Menanyakan kebutuhan customer dan mengarahkan ke hairstylist atau therapist terkait.

Memastikan customer merasa nyaman selama berada di salon.

2. Mengatur Appointment & Reservasi

Menerima booking melalui WhatsApp, telepon, DM Instagram, maupun walk-in.

Mengatur jadwal appointment agar operasional berjalan rapi.

Mengingatkan customer mengenai jadwal appointment dan melakukan follow up jika diperlukan.

3. Administrasi & Kasir

Melakukan proses pembayaran customer.

Membuat invoice, mencatat transaksi, dan memastikan data pembayaran sesuai.

Membantu closing harian serta laporan transaksi sederhana.

4. Mengelola Data Customer

Menginput dan memperbarui data customer di sistem CRM/salon software.

Memastikan data customer lengkap dan akurat.

Membantu follow up customer repeat booking atau birthday greeting.

5. Menawarkan Promo & Product

Menginformasikan promo salon, treatment, membership, dan product kepada customer.

Membantu upselling service atau retail product sesuai kebutuhan customer.

6. Menjaga Area Front Office

Memastikan area reception selalu bersih, rapi, dan nyaman.

Mengecek ketersediaan form, alat tulis, minuman customer, dan kebutuhan front desk lainnya.

7. Koordinasi Internal

Berkomunikasi dengan hairstylist, therapist, dan team operasional mengenai jadwal customer.

Menginformasikan special request atau complain customer kepada management terkait.

8. Menangani Complaint Customer

Mendengarkan complaint dengan baik dan tetap menjaga sikap profesional.

Memberikan solusi awal atau meneruskan kepada supervisor/manager.
