About Us
We are a foreign business owner (PT PMA, KITAS holder) based in the BSD/Tangerang area, looking to safely and legally navigate property matters in Indonesia — including potential future property purchases.
What We're Looking For
An experienced, well-connected freelance consultant who can personally assist with:
Due diligence on property titles and ownership status (SHM, HGB, Hak Pakai, etc.) before any purchase
Guidance on legal ownership structures available to foreigners (Hak Pakai via KITAS, nominee risks and alternatives, PT PMA-held property where applicable)
Coordination with notaris/PPAT (land deed officials) for safe, compliant transactions
Verification of land/building certificates with BPN (Badan Pertanahan Nasional) and local government offices
Guidance on developer financing (cicilan developer) terms and contract review
General advice on avoiding common property fraud risks for foreign buyers in Indonesia
Ideal Candidate
Background in real estate law, notary practice, or property consulting in Indonesia
Established relationships with notaris/PPAT, BPN, and local land/government offices
Experience specifically working with foreign buyers (KITAS holders, PT PMA structures)
Transparent, ethical approach — we are looking for legitimate, secure transactions, not shortcuts around land ownership regulations
Clear, responsive communicator, comfortable working directly with the buyer rather than through a large agency
How This Works
This is NOT a full-time job or employment contract
Payment is per mission/task (e.g., due diligence on a specific property, review of a specific contract) or a light retainer if ongoing support is needed
We're looking for a long-term working relationship built on trust and compliance, not a one-off transaction
Flexible collaboration — no fixed hours, no office requirement
