We are seeking a Jakarta-based Field Producer who can independently:
• Identify and scout relevant youth communities
• Build initial contact and trust
• Plan monthly field shoots
• Capture documentary-style footage (handheld, natural light)
• Oversee delivery of 3–4 short-form edits per shoot
This role requires minimal supervision.
You should be comfortable operating autonomously and making creative decisions aligned with a raw, observational aesthetic.
Scope (Monthly Retainer – 3 Month Pilot)
• Scout and secure 1 youth community per month
• 1 on-location shoot (3–4 hours)
• 3–4 short-form vertical edits delivered
• Light coordination and reporting
Ideal Candidate
• Jakarta-based
• Fluent in English
• Strong network or familiarity with youth subcultures (skate, music, martial arts, volunteer groups, creative collectives, etc.)
• Experienced in documentary or observational filming
• Comfortable working lean (small crew)
• Capable of independent decision-making
• Comfortable with NDA and full IP transfer
