Job description for Food and Beverage Manager at The Lab Concept
- Hiring, training, motivating, and leading awesome staff.
- Recommend people for hiring and promotion.
- Conduct daily briefings.
- Produce staff rotas with our supervisor.
- Set goals and expectations for the operation team using performance review and KPI process.
- Work with the bar, kitchen, and front staff team to make sure our operation is smooth.
- Manage our inventory to ensure product freshness and cost control.
- Work with our team (operation, management, and marketing) on the development and implementation of our seasonal campaigns and promotions.
- Handle daily cash management and administration.
- Enforce all company policies and procedures, especially the ones related to our customer service, health and safety.
- Walk around. Talk to our customers.
- Manage customer’s complaints or feedback.
- Maintain the image of BLANK. Professional, but relaxed.
- Constantly challenge our customer service experience and improve the overall space and product experience to make sure our customers have a great time with us.
