Job Description :
- Monitoring & control our driver
- Collecting information regarding problems on delivery process
- Coordinating with our Customer Experience team for delivery problem
- Rescue & re-delivery plan for unsuccessful delivery
- Logistic cost tracking
Minimum Qualifications :
- Available for shifting (2AM-11AM and 11AM-8PM) 5 days work and 2 days off
- Good in computer experience (Ms. Office)
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Willing to be placed in Ciracas, East Jakarta
