Responsibility
Monitoring for alerts and potential issues (24*7 shifting working scheme)
Ensure timely resolution or escalation to prevent breaches in SLA conditions
Receive, prioritize, and log incident tickets, attempting resolution for standard issues and escalating complex problems
Perform basic health check and troubleshooting
Knowledge & Attributes
Ability to communicate and work across different cultures and social groups.
Ability to maintain a positive outlook at work.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience)
Open to Fresh Graduates
Relevant certifications include which are considered desirable:
CCNA or relevant level 1 Network Security
PCNSE / Palo Alto NGFW Engineer or equivalent (optional)
Technical Skills:
Monitoring Tools / SIEM (Solarwind, PRTG, Grafana, Splunk, etc)
NGFW (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, Checkpoint, etc)
