Job description
Monthly Income: $1600 - $3500

JOBSCOPE
- Assisting the agency to formulate an effective talent acquisition system
- Assisting the agency to assess and review potential and current recruits
- Assisting personnel with recruit on-boarding
- Assisting to improve recruit engagement and assimilation
- Engage prospects through multiple channels to generate new sales leads
- Produce detailed proposals and presentation materials for client pitching
- Understand and identify the client's financial shortfall and recommend solutions
- Maintain client relationships by providing support and information. To recommend new opportunities and improvements.
- Always on top of industry trends, market activities, and competitors so as to identify new opportunities
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong management and communication skills
- Computer savvy and proficient in PowerPoint presentations
- IT Knowledge required
- Excellent salesmanship and networking skills
What we’re looking for in you:
- Ability to convey information clearly and analyze customer requirements as needed to help customers make buying decisions
- Highly energetic, positive attitude with the ability to take initiative
- At least have a min of local diploma in any field of studies
