Aidea Group is currently looking for a Finance Staff to support operational finance needs within our creative and project-based business ecosystem. This role will primarily handle finance operations related to Aidea Bali projects and activities, including coordination with production and operational teams in a dynamic working environment.
Job Description
- Handle daily finance and administrative operations
- Monitor company cashflow, payments, and operational expenses
- Prepare and manage invoices, reimbursement, payment requests, and finance documents
- Coordinate with accounting team regarding closing and reporting needs
- Follow up client/vendor payments
- Support finance administration for project-based operational activities
- Coordinate with production and operational teams regarding project finance needs
- Ensure finance documents and data are properly organized and updated
- Assist tax administration and audit preparation if needed
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in Finance/Admin Finance
- Familiar with invoice handling, reimbursement, and cashflow monitoring
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working in hybrid and fast-paced environments
- Proficient in Excel / Google Spreadsheet
- Experience in agency, creative industry, production house, or project-based company is a plus
- Able to work with dynamic project timelines and operational needs
