What is the TOP Internship Programme?
Introducing the TOP Internship, a 4-week internship programme organised by The Ordinary People (authorised representative of AIA Singapore) curated specially for fresh graduates, undergraduate students and individuals who are interested to gain a better understanding and deeper knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Understanding wealth protection and wealth accumulation for personal financial planning.
- Learning and exploring business concepts behind marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Brainstorming and discussion on case studies and business presentations.
To ensure our internship programme will further benefit and value-add to our participants’ experience, TOP has a Personal Character Development course installed as part of our programme.
- Discovering your most suited career matching your strength and personality.
- Understanding yourself at work and your best working style.
- Cultivating good habits and mindset for individuals.
What to Expect:
- Learn about the basics of investments and financial management.
- Deepen your knowledge about the trend in financial markets.
- Understanding Singapore’s law, guidelines and regulations in the financial industry.

- 1-to-1 guidance session and on-the-job training with our career managers, mentors and qualified professionals.
The TOP Internship is open to:
- 21 years old of age and above
- Diploma or A-level Certification
