Job description for Finance Manager at PT. Sumbawa Apsara Beton
- You create and oversee the financial processes and outputs for Sumbawa Apsara Beton, Lombok Apsara Bertani and Sumbawa Apsara Berlayan.
- In finance, you exemplify our culture & with that - hire, train, and lead a trustworthy, competent, and engaged finance team.
- You are responsible to manage, lead & coach the finance team in ways that deliver timely financial reporting, statutory filings & evaluations of existing and new business opportunities.
- Establish a high level of credibility and strong working relationships with internal & external partners including your peers, customers, relevant government authorities, auditors, vendors, and consultants.
- Work with others to formulate strategies to improve the company’s financial performance and strategic position by challenging assumptions and decision-making and providing financial analysis and guidance.
- Develop robust, compliant and timely company financial reports (including but not limited to P&L, B/S and Cashflow) , Processes (including but not limited to AP, AR, GL and FA), Policies (including but not limited to capital requirements, debt, taxation, equity, disposals and acquisitions) and systems to track and support current activities as well as future growth
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income and loss statements, monthly closing & cost accounting reports and tax returns in an accurate and timely fashion.
- Independently resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities and ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of expenses incurred by the Indonesia entity through implementing good accounting control procedures.
- Able to clearly articulate accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients.
- Establish a good working relationships with internal & external partners including the customers, relevant government authorities, auditors, vendors and consultants.
- Own the budgeting process & ensure monthly reviews of actual versus budget.
- You develop & implement actions when there are deviations from plan
- You lead cash management by planning our investments, operating cashflows & disbursements
- Prepare special financial reports where needed by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends.
- 5-10 Years work in the same position or 1L below, with the same industry
