Perhaps this resonates?
You’re sublime at managing money, but want your skills to have a multiplying effect for greater good and not just corporate returns. You’re tired of working through a bureaucratic kueh lapis, and need your accounting autonomy respected, even cherished, in a small but purposeful organization. You’re convinced that your fiscal craft and numerical abilities can make or break any organization, and you want to lead in this area.
If any or all of these resound, let’s chat.

People
Our people make Skillseed. Being a part of us, therefore, means being purposefully invested in. You will be amply groomed through the job, structured external courses and holistically mentored. We also believe in cross-domain learning. If you’ve always wanted to go behind the scenes on skilled volunteerism adventures within and beyond Singapore, there’s even space to explore that. Why can’t we have fun and grow as a person even if our focus is finance?
We’re a small team of (8) cheerful and dynamic folks who enjoy everything from dad jokes (you can opt out) to the deeper side of life. Introverted or extroverted, reserved or gregarious, spontaneous or organised, our team is made up of people from different backgrounds who are bonded by respect for our diversity and a passion about a wide range of social and environmental causes.
Place
Bid goodbye to stuffy corporate environments! Located in colourful Jalan Besar, we’re 7mins from Farrer Park MRT and Lavender MRT. Penyet, Prata, Poh Piah. No matter your dietary needs, there’s always affordable and authentic hawker fare around us. Spend your moolah on what really matters.

We consider it as a form of national service to reduce train congestion. Come in an hour earlier or later, according to your needs. Daily, because of our flexi-work schemes that everyone is entitled to- that means arriving to work anytime from 8am-10am. We can’t guarantee seats on the train, however.
As Skillseed’s Finance lead, your work is critical support for our team to focus on journeying alongside the diverse communities we collaborate with.
