Finance Intern

PT Wedison Green Energy Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Staff to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle daily financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
2. Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, and supporting financial documents.
3. Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
4. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
5. Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and management reports.
6. Ensure all financial documents are properly filed and maintained.
7. Support tax administration and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
8. Coordinate with internal departments and external parties regarding financial matters.
9. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
10. Perform other finance and administrative duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, Economics, or a related field.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with 1–2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting are preferred.
3. Strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
5. Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is an advantage.
6. Knowledge of Indonesian taxation regulations and the Coretax system is a plus.
7. Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
8. Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain accuracy under deadlines.
9. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Able to communicate in both Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
11. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
12. High integrity, responsible, and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
13. Willing to be based in Jakarta and able to join immediately or within a short notice period.
