Recruitment
- Processing of S Pass employment passes for incoming candidates
- Recruit new candidates (manager level/interns) and post listings on platforms
Payroll
- Account for leaves or half days
- Prorate the salary from the day they have started their work
Finance
Chasing Pending Payments
- Consistently check with Anna whether the payments have been reconciled with the bank
- Establish a $10 late fee from the 2nd day of notice till the payment is made
- Ensure there is no late payment
- Exceptions would include those who make cash payment to contractors/ Installation / Shopee or Lazada Redemption / Cheques / Deposit cash into Seviceback account
Subcontractor Report Claims
- Every Wednesday - ensure that those which are not cash checked must be held for payment and cannot be accounted for in their commission
- Initiate payment through DBS for approval
Financial Report (Internal Operations)
- Indicate Revenue and Cashflow in daily and monthly finance reports
- There will be 2 reports : B2B → Sales commission + Salaries & breakdown deals
Start Up Grants
- CDG Grants
- Salary based grants
- Check on the confirmation of ZERO accounting software grant
- Update the table on more grants available especially during this COVID situation (check for government funding)
