Jobdescription :
1. Prepare financial reports by collecting information; prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement, tax and other reports (inclusive of Accounts Payable and Receivable) as per general standards.
2. Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
3. Substantiates financial transactions by adhering to company policies.
4. Assist in due diligence during partner audits.
5. Reconcile and mitigate risks due to financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
6. Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
7. Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
8. Maintains all journal entries and reconciliation
9. Keep up and comply with federal, state, and local tax regulations and accounting policies.
Requirements :
1. Excellent communicator, high initiative, disciplined, organized and good team player.
2. Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
3. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Finance and/or Accounting.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Accounting Programs such as Accurate.
5. Must possess min. Tax Brevet A & B
6. Proficient in English (written and oral) is a plus.
7. Independent and able to work under pressure
8. Preferred domicile is JABODETABEK and willing to travel for work.
