Key responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), including invoice verification, payment processing, and collection follow-ups.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare, review, and organize financial documents to maintain accurate and up-to-date record-keeping.
- Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial statements.
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing required documents and data.
- Utilize Excel and accounting software for daily financial entries and analysis.
- Coordinate with other departments and communicate in Mandarin when needed.
- Work under deadlines while professionally managing multiple tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in finance or accounting.
- Familiar with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation processes.
- Able to maintain organized financial records and ensure data accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Indonesian accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin.
- Capable of working under deadlines and managing multiple tasks professionally.
