Job description for Finance and Admin Assistant at Confirm Good Pte Ltd
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle full set of accounts & office administrative duties
• Generate management reports and bank reconciliations
• Handle all bookkeeping for the Company and entities relating to the Company
• Responsible for all transactional accounting activities: AP, AR, GL, Inventory, etc.
• Handle GST, tax matters
• Monitoring, analyzing monthly operating results against budget and working with management team to manage budget variance
• Ensuring on time delivery of all monthly, quarterly and annual reports according to management’s schedule
• Human Resource Generalist functions
• Build good internal control system and procedures
• Other ad-hoc projects as required by CEO
Skills And Experience Required
You have a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in accountancy or equivalent, with at least 2 years of working experience and familiar with IFRS, group consolidation and knowledgeable in ERP system.
This position is ideal to candidates with at least 2 years of full sets of experience in a start-up experience. You are able to excel in a volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity environment, good communicator who can work independently and as a team.
