Job Description:
1. Prepare and maintain financial, sales, and operational reports.
2. Monitor and reconcile daily cashier transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
3. Manage cash handling processes, including bank deposits and cash float requirements.
4. Coordinate documentation related to vouchers, tax invoices, audits, and inventory records.
5. Supervise cashier operations and support smooth store operations in accordance with company standards.
Requirements :
1. Graduated from Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Economy, majoring in Finance or Accounting.
2. Min. 3 (three) years of experience in related function, preferably in the retail/ FMCG industry.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
4. Detail-oriented, accurate, and trustworthy.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Willing to work in shift, weekends, and located in Balikpapan.
