Job description for FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING MANAGER at PT. Ganesha Sanskritik Indonesia
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree (S1) in Finance & Accounting from a reputable university with minimum GPA of 3.00
- At least 3 – 5 years of working experience as Finance & Accounting Manager
- Preferably has working experience at Restaurant, F&B Industry or Hospitality
- Having experience using computer and accounting system such as Microsoft Office, Accurate, Telly, Jurnal, etc
- Good communication skills, excellent leadership and managerial skill
- Excellent ability to problem solving along with analytical skills
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting
- Familiar with the latest financial and tax laws and regulations
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and able to work under pressure
- Working day Monday - Saturday
Job descriptions:
- Reviewing financial reports, doing monthly and yearly book closing process
- Handle financial planning, budgeting, forecasting/projection, and reporting
- Reviewing, monitoring, and managing financial planning / budgets
- Monitoring account receivable and account payable
- Monitoring to ensure all daily financial records are accurate and up-to-date, make sure the journal and expenses are posted on the proper account
- In charge of daily management of finance matters
- In charge of tax calculation, tax reconciliation, and tax report
- Establish and improve the company’s accounting system, accounting process, various financial systems, and effectively operate continuous improvement
- Liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues
- Perform other tasks required
