Established in 2000, we are currently one of the leading and most trusted gold retailers in Serangoon Road where we currently have 3 retail showrooms and a wholesale office. We are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team in Rochor, Central, Singapore, as an Accounting Admin Executive. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and growing organisation while working alongside a passionate and professional team.

The Accounting Admin Executive will be responsible for supporting the finance department with a variety of administrative and accounting tasks. Key responsibilities include managing accounts receivable and payable, maintaining general ledger records, preparing and processing payroll, assisting with tax accounting, and ensuring accurate financial documentation. The role also involves coordinating administrative logistics, handling office administration tasks, and providing support to the finance team in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Candidates must have an Associate Degree or equivalent education level and between 1 and 3 years of experience in a similar role. Strong skills in administrative logistics, education administration, payroll administration, accounting, tax accounting, cash accounting, office administration, general ledger accounting, and accounts receivable and payable accounting are required. A proactive attitude, a commitment to quality, and a positive outlook are highly valued.
