Job description for Finance Accounting at PT Belinsky Kreasi Studio
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
2. Monitor and control cash flow to ensure financial stability.
3. Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
4. Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
5. Perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reconciliations.
6. Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial legislation and ensure company adherence to laws and regulations.
8. Assist with audits, both internal and external, by providing necessary documentation and reports.
9. Generate detailed reports to support management in strategic decision-making.
10. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and control.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or similar certification preferred).
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software Accurate and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational ability.
- Strong communication skills to present financial data to stakeholders.
