2. Pengalaman minimal 1-3 tahun di bidang keuangan atau akuntansi, diutamakan yang berpengalaman di industri konstruksi

3. Mahir dalam menggunakan program komputer, terutama Microsoft Excel.

4. Menguasai software akuntansi seperti Accurate atau yang sejenis menjadi nilai tambah.
