Job description for Finance Accounting Intern at PT COTG Sukses Makmur
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recording daily financial transactions (income & expenses).
- Support data entry into accounting systems or Excel.
- Assist in preparing basic financial reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Help check and organize financial documents (invoices, receipts, etc.).
- Assist in financial data reconciliation.
- Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams for financial data requirements.
- Perform other finance-related administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Active student or fresh graduate in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reports.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate level).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical.
- Good communication skills.
- Willing to work onsite (WFO).
- Prior internship or organizational experience is a plus.
