Job Description
• Manage and supervise end-to-end Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) operations.
• Oversee daily financial activities, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), cash flow management, bank reconciliation, and monthly closing.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and financial analysis.
• Handle end-to-end tax processes, including tax calculations, payments, filings, and compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
• Manage tax compliance related to logistics, transportation, e-commerce, and online sales transactions.
• Reconcile transactions across marketplaces, payment gateways, banks, vendors, and accounting records.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, tax reporting, and payment processing.
• Monitor compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial policies.
• Support budgeting, cash flow forecasting, cost control, and financial planning.
• Supervise and develop the Finance, Accounting & Tax team.
• Coordinate with management, external auditors, tax consultants, and relevant authorities when required.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end FAT processes and Indonesian tax regulations.
• Experience handling tax matters related to e-commerce, online sales, logistics, or transportation businesses is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with marketplace reconciliation, payment gateways, and online transaction reporting is an advantage.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
• Willing to work on-site in North Jakarta.
