Job description for Finance, Accounting & Tax Supervisor at Talenesia

Position Overview

Memimpin dan mengelola fungsi finance, accounting, dan tax secara end to end untuk beberapa unit bisnis dalam grup, yaitu Talenesia, Biznesia, House of Pilates, dan KOR Pilates, memastikan pelaporan akurat, kepatuhan regulasi, kontrol internal kuat, serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan manajemen melalui analisis keuangan dan pengelolaan arus kas yang sehat, dan secara bertahap dapat mencakup dukungan untuk klien eksternal.

Job Description:

Financial Reporting & Analysis: Menyusun dan mereview laporan keuangan (P&L, neraca, cashflow) serta analisis varians budget lintas 5 unit bisnis grup menggunakan bantuan AI (Claude, dll).
Finance & Accounting Operations: Mengawasi pencatatan transaksi harian, jurnal umum, buku besar, serta mengelola operasional AP/AR, invoice, reimbursement, dan rekonsiliasi bank/platform.
Cashflow & Budgeting: Memonitor perputaran kas bulanan, membantu penyusunan budget tahunan, dan memberikan rekomendasi efisiensi biaya.
Compliance & SOP: Menyusun, mendokumentasikan, dan menjalankan SOP finance accounting yang lean serta memastikan adanya audit trail yang raki dan transparan.
Business Support: Mendukung tim BD/Sales untuk kebutuhan data keuangan, costing proyek, proposal komersial, serta pengelolaan OSS/legalitas dasar jika diperlukan.

Requirement:

Pengalaman: Minimal S1 Akuntansi/Keuangan dengan pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang finance/accounting (minimal 2-3 tahun di level Supervisory/Lead atau mengelola finance secara mandiri).
Keahlian Teknis: Menguasai standar akuntansi, pelaporan keuangan end-to-end, kontrol transaksi, budgeting, dan mahir menggunakan spreadsheet tingkat lanjut serta software akuntansi.
AI & Tech Literacy: Terbiasa dan proaktif mengintegrasikan Claude AI atau tools AI lainnya untuk analisis data, summary, dan efisiensi workflow harian.
Karakter & Kompetensi Kritis: Sangat teliti terhadap akurasi data, memiliki integritas tinggi, sense of ownership, serta mampu bekerja rapi di lingkungan yang dinamis.
Komunikasi & Kepemimpinan: Mampu menjelaskan data keuangan ke stakeholder non-finance dengan jelas, komunikatif lintas divisi, serta mampu mengarahkan tim intern secara efektif.
