Job description for Finance, Accounting, & Tax (FAT) Staf at UKU Indonesia
- Perform daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, accounting, and month-end closing of financial statements for the entity
- Manage the accounts payable to our vendors, consultants, business partners
- Timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices according to payment policy
- Analyze financial data and provide forecasting support
- Support regulatory and internal reporting, which includes monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and any other ad hoc reporting to regulatory bodies
- Supports in any ad-hoc finance related tasks
- Able to perform bookkeeping and general accounting
- Create and maintain spreadsheets
- Perform invoicing and reconciliation for varying departments
- Verify claims and process orders and deposit slips
- Produce a variety of reports including income statements and balance sheets
- Check for accuracy in reports, figures and postings
- Reconcile and report any discrepancies found in the records
- Perform clerical work and interoffice support including receiving and processing mail
- Maintain the confidentiality of documents and data
