Job description for Field Support Technician at Aimazing
About This Role
We are looking for Field Operation Technicians to support the deployment and maintenance of Aimazing’s solution. This is an entry level position and trainings will be provided by the company. You will be responsible for keeping our Aimazing Device health in check, deployment of devices and providing on-site & on-call technical support to merchants when necessary. You will potentially be leading our merchant support team as our team expands in the near future.

Your Responsibilities
- • Provides on-site and on-call support to F&B and retail merchants. (Training Provided)
- • To perform installation set-up, configuration and maintenance of hardware equipments. (Training Provided)
- • Brief merchant on usage of solutions and queries by the merchant on the functionalities of the solution. (Training Provided)
- • Collaborates with the R&D team to troubleshoot technical issues.
Requirements
- • Minimum GCE N level / O level holder.
- • Proficient in English and Mandarin.
- • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- • Basic PC skill.
- • Technical knowledge and experience in network and hardware troubleshooting is an advantage.
- • Be comfortable working on weekends as per work schedule or overtime if require.
- • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
