Job Desc
- Create a field work plan to ensure efficient and scheduled work.
- Conduct a field checklist to ensure no work flow is missed.
- Check the quality of the work meets company standards.
- Order materials according to field requirements and check the cost estimate (RAB) and technical specifications.
- Ensure that the work drawings are accurate and reflect the actual work on the ground.
- Actively provide daily and weekly reports.
- Be polite and understand the etiquette for communicating with all parties.
- Able to make quick and accurate technical decisions when project issues arise.
Requirements:
- Basic Knowledge of Construction Works
- Bachelor (S1) Degree in Civil Engineering
- Ability to Read and Understand 2D & 3D Drawings
- Good Communication Skill
- Versatile team player and collaborative professional
- Minimum 1 year experience in related fields
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Buat rencana kerja lapangan untuk memastikan pekerjaan berjalan efisien dan sesuai jadwal.
- Lakukan pengecekan lapangan untuk memastikan tidak ada alur kerja yang terlewat.
- Periksa kualitas pekerjaan agar sesuai dengan standar perusahaan.
- Pesan material sesuai kebutuhan lapangan dan periksa estimasi biaya (RAB) dan spesifikasi teknis.
- Pastikan gambar kerja akurat dan mencerminkan pekerjaan sebenarnya di lapangan.
- Berikan laporan harian dan mingguan secara aktif.
- Bersikap sopan dan memahami etika berkomunikasi dengan semua pihak.
- Mampu mengambil keputusan teknis yang cepat dan akurat ketika masalah proyek muncul.
Persyaratan:
- Pengetahuan Dasar tentang Pekerjaan Konstruksi
- Gelar Sarjana (S1) Teknik Sipil
- Kemampuan Membaca dan Memahami Gambar 2D & 3D
- Keterampilan Komunikasi yang Baik
- Profesional dan Kolaboratif
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang terkait
