Qualifications :
1. Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Logistics, Export-Import, Management, or a related field
2. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in export-import operations or cargo handling
3. Strong understanding of customs regulations and export-import documentation
4. Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and reporting skills
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with cargo tracking systems
6. Strong communication and coordination skills with both internal and external parties
7. Meticulous, communicative, multitasking, and able to work independently under pressure
Job Desk :
1. Coordinate with customs officials and cargo handling teams for both export and import processes.
2. Supervise operational activities including carting, unloading, stacking, loading, stuffing, and destuffing.
3. Monitor and trace containers and cargo within the container yard.
4. Document cargo and container conditions through photographs, including cases of damage, stuffing, and destuffing operations.
5. Ensure timely submission of COO (Certificate of Origin) for import in compliance with applicable regulations.
6. Cross Department Collaboration.
