F&B Manager (Pre opening - Coffee Shop, Bali)

Coffee Shop - Food & Beverage Manager (Pre-Opening) — Canggu, Bali

We are in pre-opening. Recipes, brand, kitchen and systems are built. What we need now is the person who brings it to life on the floor — and builds it with us from day one.

YOU WILL OWN

• Daily operations of the shop from opening day

• Hiring, onboarding and training the crew

• Implementing and enforcing SOPs across bar, counter, service and cleaning

• COGS, waste, stock counts, ordering and suppliers

• Rostering and labour cost control

• Quality control — nothing leaves the counter below standard

• Coordination with the central production kitchen

• GoFood/GrabFood, guest experience and reviews

• Daily and weekly reporting to ownership

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years F&B management (café, bakery or specialty coffee)

• Pre-opening or new-store-launch experience is a strong plus

• You work with numbers, not gut feeling: COGS %, waste, labour %

• You've built SOPs before — and made people actually follow them

• Confident leading a team, including the uncomfortable conversations

• Solid working English (ownership is partly based abroad)

• Based in or able to relocate to Canggu/Pererenan, own transport

• Works autonomously and reports proactively — we don't micromanage, and we don't chase people for numbers either
