Job description for F&B Consulting Executive at iCHEF SG
- Attend to enquiries and present our consulting services to potential clients
- Perform site visits to clients’ premises and assess suitability of premises for food business
- Advise clients on the layout of their premises in accordance with SFA requirements
- Provide compliance advice to clients
- Perform application and document submission to the relevant authorities on clients’ behalf
- Track project progression and keep clients updated
- Ad-hoc administrative work in relation to application, compliance matters, quotations and invoicing
- Host monthly training sessions for a group of 20-25 on setting up F&B businesses (materials and content provided)
- Simple event organisation, online registration and setup for monthly training sessions
- Write relevant how-to content articles for iCHEF’s blog
- Have authentic empathy to care deeply for your colleagues and customers with a respectful heart.
- Ability to put others first.

- Diploma or above, culinary training will be considered as well
- Experience in the F&B industry (managerial/ previously set up own F&B business/ starting team at a new F&B outlet preferred)
- Experience in sales
- Experience in interior design or construction and able to read layout plans preferred
- Independent, has initiative and responsible
- Comfortable with public speaking and presenting
- Good command of English (both spoken and written)
- Bilingual
- A fast-paced environment that encourages experimentation and failing fast.
- You will hold multiple responsibilities and be empowered to make decisions for the team.
